I wanted to reach out regarding a conversation I had this morning with Kimberly at Western. Wow. Thats all I can say. I called with a technology problem ordering (who would have thought - technology failed me on a Monday). Anyways, she jumped on it and helped me while having a great conversation. She was fast, efficient and you could tell it was not just about “doing her job” but she truly cared about what she was doing and how she was doing it. In our conversation she explained some other products and how they could benefit me and by the end of the week because of her discussion I’ll have a larger order I think put in for stuff. In fact after I hung up the phone I instructed by Assistant Manager to start pushing more to Western from another vendor she was preparing to use. Sometimes we hear of the negatives only - I wanted to start your week off with some kudos of a top notch customer service experience.

From the very first conversation, to the proofing process, to the final delivery of our product, Western Hotel Supply made this a smooth and easy process. I had attempted to have telophone faceplates printed by a different vendor, but it was a month and a half later and I still had not recieved a quote back after reaching out to them multiple times. I called Samm and she had a quote over to me immediately, amended it per my request and everything was done in less than 24 hours. Western Hotel Supply is more efficient and easier to work with.
